Informal chat and then some formal questions about how you would go about things like getting clients and filling classes. Not a difficult interview as long as you're honest about your abilities.

I sat with the guy on a couch, and he asked me to introduce myself. We discussed my sales strategies in detail, and he mentioned a very low salary range to me, which seemed below the industry standard. We also touched on my experience and how I could potentially contribute to the company, but the low compensation raised some concerns about the role's value.
