Pre-prepare some business and programme strategies, then sit down to review them, answer some questions and work out timings. Then an informal chat and they get back to you quickly.
I interviewed at Puregym and this was a friendly and easy-going conversation around my experience, qualifications and goals with the gym manager. They also took me through the layout of the gym.
