A very open/friendly chat with a couple of lead engineers over an architecture diagram and a code review exercise, followed by another chat with another lead engineer. Everybody involved in the process was easy to talk to and get along with and I felt like I could show my best self. I had some follow up questions after the interviews and the head of software engineering was happy to reach out to me for another chat which I appreciated.
