You and the department manager in a room just talking about past jobs. Who all you know, where all have you worked and whatnot. No big deal. Then I was given a Mouth Swab Drug Test by Human Resources on the premises. But that was about a week later after the first inital interview. Then my next phone call after that was to tell me that I had gotten the job.

Simple interview nothing to difficult. The company is terrible to work for. I went from working their for 8 years without any promotion. to getting hired at another grocer and moving my way up from meat cutter, assistant manager and now dept manager all within 1 year....
