Publix Front Service Clerk (Bagger) interview questions

I was interviewed and hired on the same day at age 14 during a Publix job fair. Interview questions were focused on goals and strengths. It seems like they are mainly gauging communication and teamwork skills, since the job requires a lot of customer service and cooperation.

Short interview- didn't really consist of any questions. More of a conversation, knew I got the position before I left. Ended up talking about what to wear on the first day and what to bring.
