I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Publix (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had actually arrived to the wrong Publix, but the one I came to let me interview there anyway. I felt comfortable communicating with the manager. The interview was actually really nice. It was like I was speaking with a close acquaintance or a friend. Before I knew it, I was hired, for a Front Clerk position instead, since I am starting off with no work experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publix (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2012
