They walked me to the Managers Office and instead the Hiring Manager told me a lot about them self and how they came to be a Manager at Publix as well as the History of Publix and who "Mr George" was.

Interview process wasn't difficult. I applied at a store closer to me but got called at a different store. The manager called me in for an interview as I stated I was available to work 50 hours a week. He found that to be very funny
