Publix Casher interview questions

Applied online and the next day I received a phone call for an interview the following day. I went in and spoke with two managers, it was more of a conversation. Asked about my work experience and then I spoke with the Store Manager who offered me the position. Very straight forward and easy.

It took about 3 days to get an interview, call you in get drug tested on site and ask you multiple questions about yourself and your previous work. There is paperwork to fill out and they talk to you while filling it out. They try and get to know you as a person.
