It’s a two step process. An online pre assessment and a virtual board interview. The pre assessment shouldn’t be too hard if you have a degree. The virtual interview is completely technical based, asked by members of the team you are applying for. Maybe one or two behavioral questions. If it says entry level, just add 3 years experience to that. If you don’t have it or if your last name isn’t Jenkins, don’t bother applying.
