I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Providence in Aug 2019
Interview
Very light on code but more of a conversational team discussion on problem solving. I believe the interview was absolutely best for senior devs rather than whiteboard and coding. More of a higher level discussion with architects and approach to a solution.
