Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.

If you get an opportunity to schedule an interview with them, good luck with them keeping the date and showing up. They rescheduled multiple times. I was a former employee at a Providence location where driving distance was an issue. I applied to this facility to be closer to home. At the interview, the interviewer seemed to be uninterested and made wide assumptions about my long-term interest in the company. It appears they decided not to hire before the interview even took place. If true, they wasted everyone's time. Also, once you've applied and not selected, it appears they immediately remove you from future consideration. I did not feel valued nor respected as a former and prospective employee.
