Providence New Grad RN interview questions

It was not intimidating and very easy. The first interview was a panel, where each participant asked a question. The second interview was more of a career fair and very informal.

I applied online and didnt hear back for about a month. First interview was a panel with 4 managers of various nursing departments, they asked very typical questions. That night I received an email to return the next day to meet with the manager of my desired units. We meet in a group interview and discussed the flow of the unit and we were allowed to ask questions. I heard back the following week.
