I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Fullerton, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
there was first an online video interview. you have the chance to record your response multiple times. you then get selected to have an in person interview. in person, it is speed dating style. There are about 8-10 tables with 1-2 managers or educators from each floor or deparment. They ask the same questions at each table. 10 mins/ table.
Applied online. A recruiter called me approximately one week after I had applied. The phone call from the recruiter served as candidate screening as I was asked around 3 questions pertaining to dealing with stressful environments as well as how I deal with conflict. After answering the questions, I was offered an on-site interview with an RN manager, RN educator, and Charge RN. In person interview was straight forward. Was offered the position within the week and accepted.
