I interviewed with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and lastly, the team of chaplains I would be working with. The hiring manager put me at ease. The chaplain team were lovely people, and the interview process was encouraging.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a conflict at work with a colleague. How did you resolve the conflict?
Polite and friendly. HR was very slow to communicate. It helped to have the direct number of my manager for questions. They have not kept up with the market for my salary.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Providence in May 2017
Interview
Telephone screening. Videotape/online screening. Background checks. Drug test. Personal interview with panel of 6 other persons. At the beginning of the process I had a lengthy telephone conversation with a departmental assistant supervisor.
