Interview
After submitting an application, I received a handful of automated text messages from Providence asking questions like, "Do you have experience with RFP's" and "What is your expected salary". Very simple and only took about 10min to answer questions on my phone, After completing the texting portion, I had three virtual interviews each lasting 30-45min. All interviews took place on Microsoft Teams over about four weeks. The interviews included pretty standard questions, and expected responses to be in the STAR response method. After completing the third interview, I never heard back from the recruiter or hiring manager.

Interview
Simple, easy, and filled with genuinely good people — the kind of environment where you feel welcome right away and know you’re surrounded by folks who actually care. Eberybody should apply.

Interview
The worst interview I have ever had. There was supposed to be a panel, but only one disgruntled woman showed. We talked for a while, and then she let me know that she was going out of town for a few weeks... but "that's how it goes". I never heard back from anyone, and honestly, I wouldn't have taken the job.
