I first took a call with one of the senior team members who asked me some screening questions. After that an online panel interview was set up where I met with the team and department manager. They asked general questions about my background, why I would be well suited for the position, and how I would respond in different hypothetical situations. After the call I was given an at home practice test to assess my ability to analyze the kind of work I would be given. After the test I had a phone call with two other senior analysts to talk through my answers to the practical.

Easier than most, standard questions. Had a virtual/web-browser text-based interview followed by a Teams interview with video. Heard back from them within a week after the video interview, total process was only 2-3 weeks.

Interview process was very short and fast. Hired pretty much on the spot! HR is lacking in many ways- they do not give complete information about the onboarding process. I believe the HR is outsourced and needs much more improvement.
