Great in regards to beginning of the process and moving along into the second and third rounds. Terrible with any follow up after that. I had to log into my talent acquisition portal multiple times to finally see I was rejected. Had no response or even an automated response. I had to physically check back.

Applied for position online. Was almost immediately contacted by a recruiter/HR representative from Providence to schedule initial virtual interview. Unfortunately, that was where the positive part of the review ends. When the time came to set the Zoom call, the first time the scheduler sent me a link which didn't work. He then apologized for the trouble and set a new time. When I connected to the second call, no one else ever joined. After sitting online for 60-minutes, I disconnected and reached out to the recruiter. Again, another apology, and another Zoom call set. Once more, after connecting to the call and sitting there for another hour, no one else joined. Considering that the job for which I was applying was located in a hospital about 100-yards from my house, I was able to just walk over and find out what might be the problem. It was then that I was informed that all of Providence's HR/recruitment services are outsourced (reportedly to the Philippines). Anyway, after the third failed attempt at setting an interview, I was ghosted and the position was removed from the Providence website. As a former Providence employee, I was shocked that this was their new process. Not sure if everyone in every position has had - or will have - this issue. Just be forewarned that - if you are applying for certain jobs with Providence - there is a good chance that there will be an 18-hour time difference between you and the person you will be dealing with.
