It was all done via email and a chat bot asking the same questions that were asked on the application. It was impersonal and despite meeting all of the minimum and preferred qualifications. I never talking to an actual person. Also never heard anything and just when I check in on my application it just said no longer under consideration. No rejection email, nothing just silence. They need to do better because I won't apply again.
