Providence Director interview questions

Providence uses Hireview app to videotape the interview instead of phone interview. Questions flash on screen and you talk into the camera. There wasn't enough time to read and think about the questions before the camera starts recording your answer. It felt unnatural looking into the camera to answer questions. For the app to work, you have to troubleshoot any tech issues on your own. Hated the process!
