You likely will interview with a couple engineers and the hiring manager for the position that you applied for. Based off of your qualifications, you will also likely be interviewed by several other hiring managers to see you fit a job that they are looking for.
They will be easily swayed to talk about personal interests (cars, boating, music, etc.) which can take up interview time, but because people at Pratt put more value on liking people that that person being competent in what they need to be to be good a at a task, striking up a good conversation can help you out in the interview process.
Their HR for new hires is incredibly slow, so expect at least 2 weeks from the time of your in person interview to get an offer. And then expect about a month of paper work to get the approval to work there.
