Interview
I was contacted to do a phone interview then invited to a superday event where all candidates are interviewed at the same time.
P&W hires a staffing agency to help them with the Superday. The recruiter that "helped" me from this agency is very unprofessional and unqualified to even work at Mcdonals ; he double booked one of my interviewers , so I was basically watching other people interview for a good 15 mins before someone from HR realized the mistake . He also never replied to the follow up emails I've sent .
The hiring managers were very nice and polite , they asked mainly technical questiones and questions from my resume , two of them told me that I will be hearing from PW soon but I never did .
PW , find another staffing agency and get real professionals working for you , these guys are losing good talents.

Interview
Interview was smooth and very comfortable. They made me feel like I have known them for ever, where the interview almost felt like you were just talking about your past with friends.

Interview
Applied online, they interviewed me via phone twice about a month later. They flew me in for a day of interviews with other candidates, known as a Superday. Four different interviewers in rounds of 45 minutes each. The last interviewer seemed completely dismissive and tired. Directly told me candidates would be contacted with a final decision in a week or week and a half. Contacted HR rep who was super attentive two weeks later who reassured me a decision was still being made and I was still in the running. A month later, on a whim made a call again to the HR rep who told me they had gone with another candidate. Never received an email rejection or anything of the like, very unprofessional.
