It is easy and kind of quick. I was contacted by recruiter for a phone interview appointment. Phone Interview was very short 10min i think. Then invited me over to the columbus for on site interview. It is simple and most of the time interviewer explaining you the role of the job.

The interview was setup from 8:00AM to Noon with multiple interviews. Grand total of people interviewing was 6 people throughout the morning.

Leadership team seemed to not be organized. I sat through a film in reference to the company with the other two candidates that were being rotated during the morning interview sessions for the position.
