Pratt & Whitney interview questions

The interview was setup from 8:00AM to Noon with multiple interviews. Grand total of people interviewing was 6 people throughout the morning. Questions were all behavioral based questions. Obtaining the STAR. Leadership team seemed to not be organized. I sat through a film in reference to the company with the other two candidates that were being rotated during the morning interview sessions for the position.

I worked at another company under the same corporation. I applied internally and was offered to go to the site for an interview. The interview panel had 4 people. The questions were mostly to gauge how my background fitted with their company and group with some technical and project questions. I had to explain my work in detail and explain my responsibilities.
