I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied online and got a call for interview about a month later. The Interview itself was extremely intense I sat across a table from two managers who took turns asking me questions, telling me about the job and what they needed from me if I were selected. One of the managers verbally came at me far more aggressively than I've ever experienced in an interview before. It shook me a bit but I actually liked it because I could tell they really wanted the best people for the open positions. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes and at the end the more aggressive one saw me out. When we were at the desk he dropped the aggressive demeanor, smiled, shook my hand and praised me saying how well I did, how he needed guys like me on his team and to just wait a couple of weeks for a phone call. 3 days later they offered me the job.
