Pratt & Whitney interview questions

The interview process was really awkward. Most questions were about things that didn't pertain the position. The were very specific about circumstances that not necessarily have to do anything with engineering or an engineer has deal with in its career. Force you to come up with an example that most of the time didn't match the questions asked. I felt I was interviewing for a beauty pageant were the questions try to be as profound as they can, so they can get the contestant out of guard, than questions that measure knowledge and skill set. Worst interview of my 20+ career by long shot.
