Pratt & Whitney interview questions

The process was fairly simple. I had two interviews and all they did was ask about my past experiences and to describe how I would act in certain scenarios. I was very comfortable during the interview and they were very nice . Plus they were very honest on what they were looking for.

Initially contacted by head-hunter to start the process. It was starting with a placement agency, although it is now a direct hire process. But Initially I had to make the decision to go in through the placement agency. Phone screen interview, Phone interview with team that i would be working with. Then progress to an on-site interview.
