first round is a phone interview. with the headhunter. took about 30min. second round with a panel of three managers. about an hour 3rd round was with the GM and DGM. approx 90mins. Offer came almost immediately. and they wanted me to give 24hr notice to my current employer and start work immediately. Bad sign
