It was a behavioral interview and my interviewer was young, kind and knowledgable. Very easy to talk to and made the interview process a comfortable but professional conversation. She started by elaborating on the position I was being interviewed for as well as gave me more information on company culture and job description expectations. She then moved on to specific question about my resume and past experience. And finalized with generic, behavioral interview questions. I prepared myself by brainstorming and answering some potentially generic interview questions before hand. This decision was key in me successfully conveying confidence with each answer, ultimately, resulting in a top offer.
