The interview focused heavily on diversity, equity, and inclusion and how you determine if those policies are effective. Additionally, the interview lasted about 30-35 minutes via phone call, which was longer than initially anticipated.

How do you determine how effective a diversity, equity and inclusion policy is?
it was ok, the managers seemed spaced out but I was able to ask and be free. It was decent and the people around seem like they had attitudes and immature but I ignored the attitudes.
The process was smooth. The recruiter was friendly. Fast, in less than two weeks I got my offer . Very friendly and polite. Not a panel interview. I just did two interviews.
