I never actually was able to get an interview for this job. However, I got a really strange rejection email today stating that I did interview with them. It almost read like a scam, didn't even include my name, and stated how I needed to "facilitate a conversation with your direct manager on your own career development". I responded to the recruiter saying I would have thought PP would have had a better HR department than this since she obviously didn't even check my resume.
