Zoom meeting due to COVID pandemic. Spoke to the director. She was very approachable and easy going. She went through my resume, asked about work experience and what I’m looking for, asked some scenario questions (which I should have prepared better for)

Phone screening- behavioral questions, why interested in PP, reproductive health experience, reproductive health procedures. Asked if I had any questions for them. Experiences working with diverse populations. I got scheduled for interview in person,
Several Zoom meetings with various leadership types followed by an in-clinic tour (which includes a quiz to test your knowledge). Finally, plan to get ghosted for a couple of weeks.

Everyone was very easy going. Panel interview. Asked about why I wanted to work here, Inquired about my past experience and what to expect in my role. Very straightforward interview process. Lots of questions regarding my skillset.
