I applied online. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Washington, DC) in Mar 2020
Interview
I interviewed with the organization in the spring of 2020. The process moved quickly and went smoothly for the most part. I enjoyed speaking with the employees I met during the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
I connected with someone and was able to apply for this position. The first interview was over the phone. So far it has been great. They ask really specific questions about diversity and why you want to work for them. I think that is one of the best things about this process because they really want people that care about their mission. It seems ideal if you really want to support this organization in the long-term.

I had one phone interview and one in person interview. Both were about 30 minutes, they were with two separate people. They asked a lot of questions to go over my past experience and about why I wanted to work at Planned Parenthood and was passionate about their mission.
