I applied online. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood in Apr 2016
Interview
Three and a half hour interview, with some questions in Spanish and a brief skills test after. I got to meet the office staff and have a casual question/answer session with them. After, I emailed to seek further information - I never heard back.

Question 1
What would a previous supervisor say was a weakness of mine?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Miami, FL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied on the website. Got an email 2 weeks later asking if I was still interested in the position. I said yes so they called to double check my personal information and to tell me they would send a writing assignment by email on a date and time of my choice, to be completed in 2 hours and emailed back. Completed the assignment and sent it. Got a reply the next day to schedule an in-person interview for later that same week.
Parts of in person interview:
1. Fill out an application (basic stuff plus contact info for 3 references)
2. One hour interview with the Director and 3 assistant directors.
3. They bring all of the staff and we all sat around a conference table, they ask anything and everything, including what music you like.
4. Since an important part of the position is to be bilingual, they put me in a small room with a laptop (no internet) and asked me to translate a short document.
5. They gave me a sheet explaining all the benefits, 401K, etc. and thanked me and said they would call within a week.
All very friendly and seemed very happy with my interview. However, I had to write to them to get an answer because they disappeared. They finally replied that I was a strong candidate but that I hadn't been selected as one of the finalists.
