I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Had a phone screening then 1 week later they invited me for an in-person group interview, there they asked the basic questions "tell me about yourself" then they went on to ask situational questions, really basic things like " describe a time a doctor gave you negative feedback" "how do you act in stressful situations" "describe a time you had to do multiple tasks at once" there were 4 interviewers, and they were all pretty laid back, it was more of a discussion than the typical interview to me. Still waiting on a call back lol *fingers crossed*

Interview
After applying online, PP first asks you to complete a Hirvue interview, in which you submit video responses to about 10 interview questions. Then, they proceed you to the next round of a Zoom interview with a hiring coordinator. The third round leads to an in-person interview.

Question 1
Our medical assistants work directly with patients seeking abortion care. How do you feel about educating patients on abortion care?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Orem, UT) in Dec 2024
Interview
Very straight forward and to the point, they are very kind and easy to talk to. One of the best and most comfortable interview process I have ever had. My biggest tip is to learn more about the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
2 Virtual interviews, one consisting of self recorded answers and the other in the form of a zoom call. Both took about 45 minutes to complete and consisted of 10+ questions. 3rd interview was in person at the clinic and was about 6 questions. This process took about a month and a half. Did not receive any follow up communication after the final interview, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional considering how much time I had put in. I found out after seeing the job listing posted on another website that speaking Spanish was a requirement. Recruiter was fully aware that I am not bilingual, yet continued to proceed with the interview process. I feel Planned Parenthood completely wasted my time and energy. Terrible experience.
