This was at Pirelli HQ in Milan. The first stage was a group assessment day, competency based. Several group, cooperation activities, teamwork in the morning, lunchbreak an individual interview in the afternoon. I passed the first stage but then was rejected at the second stage, a week later. It was an individual interview with the Head of HR Italy.
