Pfizer Senior Scientist interview questions

Standard 8hr interview. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I’d wish they spoke a little more about the science/techniques done in the department but other than that it was great! Base salary is low in comparison to other companies

Great process that moved quickly and with interesting people. You will meet over 20 people over 2 days. Some will be intense and others will be more laid-back. Make sure you are ready to answer about what you can provide for the company and the team, and be very specific.
