Phone screening then two rounds of panel interviews. the interviews are a combination of behavioral questions and a case study question. The behavioral are similar to those in their website. The case is more communication and different than consulting cases

-HR Screening: Typical screening from HR. Walk through of resume, discussion of career aspirations, why the job is interesting and salary expectations. -Followed by Panel Interview: Team asked behavioral and situational questions. It was about 1 hour but not challenging. -Followed by HR connection

Walk me through your resume How would you set up a business case
HR interview and then a panel interview. The interview went well and the response is positive. However, in 2 weeks, suddenly all the communication went silently. No Email, no response, no final decision. I hope Pfizer can at least send a quick Email to let the candidates know.
