Pfizer Senior Associate interview questions

I had three rounds of interview with Pfizer. The first is a 50 min of phone interview with the direct supervisor and she basically went through all bully-points of my resume. The second one is a 1.5 hrs of on-site interview, meeting the direct supervisor in person and another two management level people. The third round is phone interview with HR person. Kind of very sad not getting this job.

Started with phone interview with two of the hiring managers. Mostly asked questions about my background. Called me the next day to invite me to an onsite interview. Scheduled the in person interview about a month later. The onsite interview took all day. I started with a 30 minute presentation and then a series of interviews to follow with various team members. I think I met with 10 or more people. It was a long day, but a very positive experience. Everyone was nice, some asked harder questions than others. I think they offered the position to someone with more experience in the industry.
