I have applied through recruitment agency in February 2018. There was initial screening call from recruitment agency where they asked about background, relevant experience, availability and explained about role and company. I was selected and invited for a telephonic interview from the company where merely 5 questions were asked on gmp, night shifts, prior experience. Then there was invitation for digital interview which asked merely 3 questions. Then I was invited for Assessment center where a video was presented explaining company products, many staff were present to answer questions and queries. Then 5 rounds of aptitude tests were conducted on numerical, spatial,comprehension, grammar, observation and a group discussion.
