Pfizer Process Engineer I interview questions

Two rounds of 1:1 interview process about thirty minutes to one hour for each round. More casual than formal. Questions range from anything about your resume to your current job scope.

The interview was not very structured coming straight out of college. The interviewers were great and it was easy to strike up a conversation. Overall the process was pretty laid back but effective at learning about the candidates for in the company.
