First contact was email to set phone interview time. Phone interview was a screening by HR person asking general background questions. Follow-up interview with hiring manager at Pfizer in Austin, Texas. Interview with hiring manager was more specific as to manufacturing experience and dealing with multiple shifts. Detailed discussion on continuous process improvement experience and past successes. Was told someone would be in touch to set up panel interview but have not heard from company as of now.
