Initial phone interview went well and set up another follow up afterwards. Unfortunately the day came and nobody called me at the scheduled time. I was contacted days after saying that they thought they sent me an email saying they wanted more industry experience, but I didn't receive anything.

I have to say they were quite impersonal and also made me feel like I would just be a number. I really thought that this was going to be a great place to work however, in the interview process, they made it seem like I didn’t know how to do the job even though I have done the job for a couple other CRO’s and have been certified. The questions were kind of demeaning and made me feel like they didn’t want me to work here.
Intense and lots of questions, going into details with examples that were trying to see if you know your stuff and handle situations professionally. I think they ask for details to make sure you’re going to handle future interactions properly
