I knew someone who worked in the company so I was able to get my CV sent along to an influential person in the department hiring. They invited me to give a 20 minute talk on my PhD work and I had one-on-one interviews with about 10 scientists in the department.

1) 30 min phone screening interview with talent acquisition specialist
2) Video interview with lead scientists about research experience, skills, and career goals
3) on-site interview with the team with presentation of your previous work

They will ask you questions about your research background and if you have any experience or interest in the research they are performing.
Only had a quick screening interview, with basic questions (background, interest in the company, ability to relocate, starting date). I was told they would let me know either way but they never followed up

Interview
I was reached out by a Talent Acquisition. I submitted the application through the link I was given. Straight forward process: 30 min phone call with the HR -> 30-45 min WebEx meeting with the hiring manager -> full day interview with the broader team, including 1 hr seminar on your research
