I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Pfizer (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was very easy. They brought in a current engineer, the director and HR. Standard HR questions with some technical stuff. The entire process was about 2 hours long. There was lunch provided and everyone was very nice throughout the entire process.
simple. 5 steps with multiple interviews,
last one panel of course. It all depends on the job position though so may not be the same for all. Just know your stuff
N/A hard to get a job. Non existing. No call backs. Fake postings. Never a response in a timely fashion if at all. Rare to find an opportunity at this business. Need to get a referral or reference to get at least a phone screen. Good luck getting a interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Tuas) in Apr 2024
Interview
Was simple and done over a Teams call. About 40 minutes. Only the hiring manager was on call with me. No HR involved. Interview done in calm and slow manner. Adjusted time schedule upon my request.
