Recruiter reached out for potential opportunity, had quite an extensive chat on weather experiences and skill sets were suitable. It was then followed by an interview with the company’s HR where further details about the position, company culture and employee dynamics were shared in detail. After HR clears screening, there will be another interview with the hiring manager and HOD.

I have been firstly contacted by telephone during which I have been asked to explain my background. Then, I have been invited for a 1:1 interview with HR, during which my motivational and technical skills have been deeply investigated. Finally, I have been invited for a 1:1 interview with the manger responsible of the project, during which my fit with the role was tested
