Interviewed for job with Pernod Ricard Australia
1. Completed HireVue video.
2. Skype interview with Brand manager and Hiring manager - Competency based questions.
3. Didn't progress to interview stage 2.
I was not informed of next steps or that I didn't get the job despite working for Pernod Ricard for 3 years in other affiliates. After a complaint was made to PRA on my behalf, I was made aware that I was unsuccessful by a phone call nearly a month later. I was not impressed with this interview experience.

L'entretien d'embauche suit un processus structuré. Tout d'abord, il y a une phase de préparation où le candidat se familiarise avec l'entreprise. Ensuite, l'entretien débute par des questions générales pour évaluer les compétences et l'expérience. Interviews difficulty: medium.
Be prepared to be asked many questions specific to the industry / the brands & the completion. Be prepared to be asked to give a presentation to a pannel before getting an offer.

The overall process was good. The questions were balanced between competency based and situational. I felt the interview was quite personal and felt the questions were tailored to the information they already knew about me. The interviews were done with the hiring manager only and I think it would be of benefit to have a HR representative present.
