So they do a Hirevue interview before even speaking with you, which I found extremely impersonal. However, I spent a good deal of time on it. When I made it to a 1:1 interview, the hiring manager was late, generally unprofessional, told me she only now glanced at my resume and told me she did not see my Hirevue interview video, which honestly left me feeling crappy.
