Interview
I invested a lot of time on the interview process on Payoner. I would recommend you to not spend anytime with it, mainly on the technical test.
They gave me 5 days to complete a simple task of consuming a api and displaying data on the browser in a responsive manner. Even though I did it gracefully and delivered the test with ALL requirements, they just gave me the generic response that there were more strong candidates and it was a hard decision.
Do not waste your time or energy on this.

Interview
Hello! I would like to leave a review of the hiring process for the Frontend Developer position at Payoneer.
After successfully passing two stages of technical interviews, I was invited to a meeting in the office to talk to HR. The meeting itself began with an extremely improper question: the HR asked if I hadn't cancelled the meeting, which I consider unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
The next day, I was informed that I was not suitable for this role both in terms of technical and personal qualities. However, I still have questions about the transparency of the process. If my candidacy does not meet the technical requirements, it is unclear why I was invited to further stages. If the technical level is suitable, then how can the subjective opinion of HR influence the decision on a purely technical position?
Overall, I was left with a negative impression of the final stage, the insufficient competence of the recruiter and the ineffectively spent time.
In general the process was nice, I was rejected since I’m not senior enough:) oh, well…
I asked to describe challenges that I had and then got few tech questions… the interviewer repeat all the time that there are very easy questions
