Really frustrated if self-applied, that I applied for months and ended up in silence. Only until I caught the attention of TA that I could land a first phase of screening with TA. Unfortunately, I faced a hardware issue that my mic was not functioning properly. Alas, the interview continued on, but I guess that was the reason I did not be able to land the 2nd phase of the interview.

Interviews with eight different people, 1 case study, and 1 math test. The interviews and tests are not very hard, but the length of the entire process is cumbersome and frustrating. The interview process began with a positive feeling but ended with a bitter taste. I found the first few interview relevant to my job experience and constructive. But the last few were worst, prepare yourself for a cookie-cutter questions such as "Tell me about a time when overcame a hurdle?" The last few persons were hardly interested in me or my profile and seemed to just follow the company process. The questions and attitude of the interviewers were very frustrating. The case study was reallly interesting, but I am sure no interviewer even care to read it, as I spend a few days analyzing the case and details of the company. The case study could have been a really good talking point for the interviews. There is a math test, which is not really that hard.
