PayPal Software Development Engineer interview questions

First round was Data structures and algorithm (very simple questions interviewer was also very helpful). Second was also java questions they were also very simple, some test use cases. Third was design round, in this initially interviewer was not ready to listen to my design and perspective but later on, I was able to make him understand about my approach. Last was Hiring Manager Round it was purely technical some random design problem. PayPal HR team will not get back to you even after clearing all rounds. I have been interviewed one month ago and now they say that process is pending due to unavailability of Manager for other HM round. Guys be responsive at least.

I went for a drive. At the end of 4 rounds they confirmed they would be giving an offer. Its been a month now. The recruiter is saying the position is not available anymore due to some restructuring. They make you wait for a month saying your offer letter is been sent to US for some approval and then stop answering calls.
