I interviewed for the position of software engineer (internship) with PayPal at Singapore through my school job portal. They got back to me very quickly to schedule the interview. I went to one onsite interview which comprised of a written test, a technical interview and a management interview with the manager of the team you would be joining. The interview experience was fantastic. The people there are very friendly and the office looks quite impressive. I received the offer the following day, very speedy.
